In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations,
any goods can be returned for any reason within 7 working days for a refund, less the cost of carriage.
Howver, If you have ordered the wrong product, Given that the error was your own it will be at your responsibility to return these goods to us. They need to be returned in the same packaging and in a resalable condition or you will be charge for the products.
If for any reason you receive any goods which are damaged or defective these will be replced FOC.
If they are found not to be faulty or damaged you will be charged for those goods.
All claims for goods alleged to be defective must be in writing to the Company within 5 days of such defect becoming apparent.
Under no circumstances shall the Company (Hyigeine Rolls Direct) be liable for any loss arising from delay in dispatch howsoever caused. While every effort will be made to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for any delays, irrespective of the cause.
